Quick and Easy Mushroom Soup in 5 Simple Steps

Ingredients:
-
White button mushrooms
-
Swiss brown mushrooms
-
Shiitake mushrooms
-
Onion
-
Thyme
-
Butter
-
Garlic
-
Cooking cream
-
Water (or vegetable/chicken stock)
Method:

Sauté garlic, onion, and thyme with butter until fragrant
-
Add quartered or sliced mushrooms
-
Pour in water or stock and bring to a boil
-
Blend the cooked ingredients until smooth
-
Return the mixture to the pot, bring to a boil, and stir in the cooking cream. Season with black pepper and salt to taste
