Quick and Easy Mushroom Soup in 5 Simple Steps

Ingredients:

  • White button mushrooms

  • Swiss brown mushrooms

  • Shiitake mushrooms

  • Onion

  • Thyme

  • Butter

  • Garlic

  • Cooking cream

  • Water (or vegetable/chicken stock)

​Method:

  1. Sauté garlic, onion, and thyme with butter until fragrant

  2. Add quartered or sliced mushrooms

  3. Pour in water or stock and bring to a boil

  4. Blend the cooked ingredients until smooth

  5. Return the mixture to the pot, bring to a boil, and stir in the cooking cream. Season with black pepper and salt to taste
